A commitment to product development is just one of the many ways Allstate helps Exclusive Agency Owners keep the Good Hands® Promise to our customers!

Allstate, the company that first brought consumers Accident Forgiveness, Deductible Rewards ® and the Safe Driving Bonus® check, has begun testing the Allstate Claim Satisfaction Guarantee, a new product feature added at no additional cost to standard auto policies in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.

This test is the latest chapter in Allstate’s history of introducing innovative products and services to consumers. Allstate’s innovative Your Choice Auto product, which includes features like Accident Forgiveness, Deductible Rewards® and the Safe Driving Bonus® check, was introduced in 2004 and is now available to consumers in 46 states. Most recently, Allstate introduced “Good Hands Roadside” – a pay-as-you-go auto service program without a sign-up fee.

Allstate’s Claim Satisfaction Guarantee is simple. If, for any reason, an eligible customer is not happy with the service they receive on a paid auto claim, Allstate will provide a credit to their policy for the premium amount. The feature has been automatically added, at no additional cost, to standard auto policies in the three test states.

To receive the credit, eligible customers need to express their dissatisfaction in writing within 180 days of the incident that triggered the claim. A policy credit equal to the customer’s car insurance premium for that policy period will be provided.
